Go Extra Mile App

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Go Extra Mile mobile application (“App”), operated by Go Eleventh Mile Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use the Go Extra Mile App, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid driving license
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Safety & Lawful Use (IMPORTANT)
Go Extra Mile is designed to log commuting activity, not to influence how you drive or ride.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The App does not promote or encourage rash driving, speeding, or unsafe behavior
- You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully
- You must follow all applicable traffic laws, rules, and regulations at all times
You should always:
- Wear appropriate safety gear (including helmets for two-wheelers)
- Use seat belts where applicable
- Avoid using your phone while driving or riding
The App should never be interacted with in a way that distracts you while operating a vehicle.
The Company does not provide driving instructions, navigation advice, or performance guidance and shall not be responsible for any incidents, violations, or accidents.
3. Nature of the Service
Go Extra Mile is a commuter-focused application that allows users to:
- Log daily vehicle commutes
- Track consistency and commute history
- Participate in optional community features
- Receive benefits or rewards over time, subject to eligibility
Clarifications:
- The App does not require or encourage additional travel
- Commutes are logged only when initiated by the user
- Rewards and benefits are not guaranteed
4. User Accounts
- Accounts may be created using supported authentication methods.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- All activities performed through your account are your responsibility.
5. Commute Logging & Accuracy
- Commutes are logged only when you manually start and end a commute.
- Distance, duration, and other data are approximate estimates.
- We do not guarantee absolute accuracy.
You agree not to:
- Manipulate location data
- Use GPS spoofing or automation tools
- Submit false or misleading information
6. Optional Verification (Vehicle, Odometer, License)
- Verification features are optional unless required for specific features.
- Uploading documents or images is voluntary.
- Verification does not constitute legal certification or endorsement.
- We may reject or revoke verification in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.
7. Rewards, GEM Coins & Benefits
- Rewards, including GEM Coins or vouchers, are discretionary
- Rewards may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time
- Rewards do not represent guaranteed monetary value
- We are not responsible for third-party partner delays or changes.
8. Clubs & Community Features
- Clubs are optional community features
- We are not responsible for the conduct of other users
- We may moderate, suspend, or remove clubs or content that violate these Terms
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App unlawfully or fraudulently
- Engage in unsafe driving behavior
- Reverse engineer or misuse the App
- Harass or harm other users
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraud or abuse is detected
- Required for legal, safety, or operational reasons
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software belong to Go Eleventh Mile Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from:
- Unsafe or unlawful driving
- Misuse of the App
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.
